The Villa

Villa Emanuele is a pristine, detached villa surrounded by lush tropical gardens, comfortably accommodating 6 guests and mindfully designed to provide high-end amenities for the comfort of its guests. The villa expands in three different levels, boasting a sunlit living room with an open plan kitchen with dining area, a guest bathroom, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large terraces with spectacular views of the Cretan sea and the White Mountains.

The space allocated for sleeping is found on the first floor, divided into three separate bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Andromeda has a double bed and a balcony with view to the sea, olive tree field and small white Church whereas Cassiopeia has a double bed and terrace leading to the garden and pool area. Last but not least, Berenice has two single beds that can unite into one king-size bed, with view of the sea, olive orchard and the small white Church.

The bathrooms are shared among the three bedrooms. The large one has a full-size bathtub, WC, bidet and shower with jets. All fittings and black & white chessboard tiles are Italian made, of exquisite quality and style. The second bathroom features a luxurious Italian tile with shower and WC. Both bathrooms are stocked with natural cosmetic products made by olive oil and wall sockets for electric shaver or hairdryer.

The layout of the space allocation is reversed by setting the bright and spacious living room with the open plan kitchen, the dining area, and the guest bathroom on the second floor, only to enjoy the magnificent views of the Cretan sea from the spacious terrace. The sofa seats 6 guests while the dining table seats 8. The modern, olive-wood kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line, built-in electrical appliances and a family side-by-side refrigerator-freezer.

Enjoy the contemporary design, the bright colors, and the bright sun washing the space via the ceiling-to-floor sliding doors that connect the interior of the living room with the exterior.

In terms of facilities and amenities, Villa Emanuele does not fall short either. In the basement, don’t be too surprised to find a proper wine cellar filled with wines from the best Greek wineries, as well as a private workout space with fitness equipment.
