Everything designed for a seamless stay

Our purpose and vision were to create a haven for our guests to truly relax, unwind, and create special memories during their stay. Many options are available for those who decide to chill at the villa after tiring excursions around Chania. Spend a day in the garden, under the cool shade of the tropical and indigenous trees, and enjoy the serenity of Nature. The beaches of Chania are incredible, yet don’t miss out on a day by the crystal clear blue water of the pool, followed by an entertaining BBQ dinner or a romantic dinner served with local wine, selected from your private cellar.

The cellar is found in the basement and is filled with carefully selected wine labels from stellar wineries across Greece. If you wish to remain indoors for a lazy day, the spacious and bright living room has been equipped with all the comforts and entertainment one could hope for, while gazing out over the panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling window. Otherwise, for those who don’t want to compromise on their fitness routine, your private fitness room is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to keep you in shape.

The Garden

Peace, shade and nature

Villa Emanuele owns a large, well-groomed garden, with Mediterranean fruit trees, palm trees, flowers and aromatic indigenous herbs that fills the atmosphere with scents, aromas, flavors and colors. We have set a BBQ corner with a wooden-look table, which our guests find ideal for serving breakfasts and dinners, in a lush Mediterranean environment. The garden’s signature feature is the vintage 7-metre fishing boat, that dates all the way back from the 50s, and is now resting by the pool, cleverly transformed into a sitting area with cushy pillows. Why not picture yourself sunbathing on the boat while dangling your feet into the pool.

Pool Area

Private pool for slow summer days

The private pool is a true oasis for those ridiculously hot summer days. Immaculately clean, filtered and properly maintained, the pool area is hands down the perfect spot to spend you day with loved ones. Measuring 30 m², it is large enough to cool off and unwind. Equipped with sun-loungers, pool towels and a portable refrigerator, you could easily spend the entire day there without moving a muscle.

Panoramic Views

Sea, mountains and endless light

The design prior to the villa’s construction put an emphasis on outdoor space, given the fact that Crete enjoys beautiful weather 9 months /year. So besides the plot being planted with all sorts of trees, shrubs and flowers, the estate itself features many terraces and balconies where one may enjoy unobstructed views of the White Mountains and the Cretan sea. There are three balconies on the first floor (one per bedroom): two overlooking the sea, the olive orchard and small white Church and one with view of the garden and the swimming pool.

On the second floor there are two terraces (leading off the kitchen and living room respectively): one overlooking the garden and swimming pool and with view of the White Mountains and Modi’s landscape and the other is (45 m²) furnished with cushy sofas for relaxing moments spent musing over the stunning panoramic sea views and a dining table for delicious breakfasts and romantic dinners. It faces the sea and boasts 25m of protective safety glass. The living room and dining room boast a 15m² glass wall with an eco sun illumination system, offering an unfettered view from every angle of the terrace and living room.
